ABOUT THE METHOD Natívmethod is an experimental learning method based on connecting with the horses. It falls under the category of Animal Assisted Learning (AAL). We work with mentally and physically healthy people at a self-awareness level, by offering self-knowledge experiences with simple exercises. Participants can gain new knowledge about themselves and their functioning in new situations - there is room for experimentation, the focus is on the process rather than the goal. As a certified EAHAE member, the programme is based on the world-renowned Horsedream© concept. TEAM BUILDING Horse assisted team building is recharging, fun and relaxing. It is an immersive and liberating experience that, in addition to boosting energy, helps to assess individual and team resources, eases communication difficulties, drives change and offers new perspectives in cooperation. The team members can see themselves and their roles in the team from a unique perspective; thus they can find/develop new tools to manage their conflicts. The structure of the program is flexible - it can be designed to suit the needs of the team depending on the focus of development, helping the team to replace outdated coping strategies and creatively take on new challenges. Single or multiple day trainings, accommodation, meals and accompanying activities are provided on request as well. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT In this programme, you get to find your autenthic leadership belief and develop a toolkit - you will unite your leadership intellect with your emotional intelligence. You will find the leadership style that comes most naturally to you, recognise and effectively use the knowledge you already possess. Horses live in their natural unit, the herd, in hierarchy. They are willing to hand over leadership when they meet an authentic, non- predatory dominant individual. Horses can point out your strengths and areas for improvement as a leader without prejudice.
