So our story begins in the spring of 2013, when we left the supermarket after a grueling workout. We always worked hard at the gym and didn’t want to spoil our progress with processed, fast food junk.
The only problem is that disciplined diets can be unbearably repetitive and boring. We stared down at our grocery bags to find the same monotonous foods we had every single week. To add insult to injury, preparation and cooking ate up the precious time we had outside the office. Being a health nut demanded discipline and sacrifice.
But we were tired of compromising health for taste. We wanted the freedom to have nutritious and delicious food at our own convenience. Our vigorous passion for this goal sparked the stroke of culinary genius that has become Nature’s Palate.
