Nick Birbara Associates (NBA) is a specialist consultancy providing risk and assurance and communications services - for both projects and BAU operations. Our clients include property, construction, transport, IT, defence and engineering firms in both the government and private sector. The firm is managed by Nick Birbara, a Chartered Builder with broad risk and safety experience.
Previously TC Link, we started in October 2000 and recently celebrated our 20th birthday in Australia. The name NBA is not that Basketball competition :) but as the name suggests we ASSOCIATE with or engage partners to provide customised requirements for our clients - for example we can engage engineering designers, independent building surveyors, specialist trades staff or partner with RTO's to provide accredited training.
Recent engagements include risk audits for civil works, property construction assurance, prepare and deliver seminars on maintenance contracting, hazardous materials advisory (notably asbestos) and independent review of risk management systems for private firms and government agencies. Clients include Sydney Metro Rail, Transport for NSW, Fujitsu (NBN project), City of Sydney, Westpac, Salmat, Stockland Group and Sydney Olympic Park Authority.
