We tailor our needs to yours with a four-step process of Plan-Do-Check-Act:
Plan: We meet with Executive and Technical Leadership to assess the current state of Near Field Exploration, and present our impression of the state of the organization. Together, we then plan out remedial measures
Do: We bring in senior Subject Matter Experts and establish collaborative workshops with key employees. These SME’s will typically include Geoscientists, Reservoir Engineers, Commercial, Project Planning, Lean, Financial, and IT experts.
Check: NearFX personnel will work with the practitioners to develop and maintain dashboards to assess organizational health over time. NearFX will stay involved in this process as needed and requested
Act: Dashboards guide actions, and NearFX will remain available to help manage the change necessary to bring about the Leadership goals.
