Nedcool kan alles opslaan wat tussen –4 en +40°C bewaard moet worden. Van bananen tot plakband, van vruchtbomen tot saus. Nedcool verzorgt de koelopslag van diverse producten in koelcellen waarbij de temperatuur, relatieve luchtvochtigheid en luchtsamenstelling wordt afgestemd op het product. Zo blijft ieder product op de juiste manier bewaard. Onze koelruimtes zijn bovendien geschikt voor productonderzoek.
De mogelijkheden van ons koelbedrijf zijn veelzijdig. Zowel qua product, opslagmethode als bewaarperiode. Wij stemmen de omstandigheden in onze koelruimtes af op het product. Ieder product stelt immers andere eisen aan de relatieve luchtvochtigheid en temperatuur (tussen –4 en +40°C). De bewaring van verse producten vraagt meestal ook een aanpassing van het percentage zuurstof, stikstof en koolzuurgas in de koelcel. Zo kunnen wij ieder product op de juiste manier bewaren.
Gian Piels, eigenaar van Nedcool, startte in 1993 met het gekoeld bewaren van Nederlands fruit. Na uitbreidingen in 2000 en 2007 omvat het koelhuis ondertussen 45 koelcellen met een capaciteit van 20.000 m3 en een overslagruimte van 1.400 m2. Dankzij de opgebouwde ervaring en de zoektocht naar innovatieve oplossingen, zijn wij in staat om elk vraagstuk waarbij een product gekoeld moet worden op te lossen.
