- December 2014: the crowdfunding campaign closes with 159% of the target achieved, 220 private investors from 20 different European countries had backed the company, among which three angels that become Non-Executive Directors of the company (Ron Goddard, Fabio Torlini and Franco di Cicco)
- January 2015: due diligence after the crowdfunding campaign is completed and the founders decide to accept only £150k SEIS investment
- April 2015: Netberg becomes Highflyers
