In meiner Interviewserie „New Work Chat“ interviewe ich spannende Köpfe rund um die Themen New Work, Kulturwandel und Transformation.
Als verheirateter Familienvater von 3 Töchtern möchte ich von meinen Gästen insbesondere wissen, wie sie Arbeit und Familie vereinbaren.
Wie kam´s?
Als gebürtiger Rostocker zog es auch mich irgendwann in die große, weite Welt. Ich hatte mit meinem Rap-Partner Marteria Ende der 90er Jahre in Rostock angefangen zu rappen, nun wollte ich in Hamburg lernen, wie man unsere Musik vermarktet. Ich arbeitete bei den Agenturen Scholz & Friends und DDB, lernte sehr viel über Kultur und Kollaboration und brachte diese Learnings ab 2016 bei der erfolgreichsten Sparkasse Deutschlands, der OstseeSparkasse Rostock, aktiv im Kontext Digitale Transformation mit ein.
Wir bauten das Enterprise Social Network “OSPA Connect” auf und entwickelte eine Art internes YouTube. Ich war als Reporter unterwegs und interviewte die Kolleg:innen dazu, wie wir besser zusammenarbeiten könnten. 2018 entstand daraus die Idee, meine Interviews öffentlich zu machen. Der “New Work Chat” war geboren.
Ich lud diverse Entscheider:innen ein und interessierte mich als Rückkehrer sehr für die Frage, wie wir New Work in meinem Bundesland Mecklenburg-Vorpommern entwickeln könnten. Dazu sprach ich u.a. mit unserem dänischen Oberbürgermeister Claus-Ruhe Madsen in der bis heute meist gehörten Folge.
Ich interviewte außerdem den wichtigsten Medienmann Europas, Kai Diekmann, den Bestseller Autor Lars Vollmer und meinen 89-jährigen Opa, aber auch vermeintlich unbekanntere Gäste, die mindestens genauso spannende Storys zu erzählen hatten. Zu Gast waren bislang 70 Gäste in 2,5 Jahren, darunter auch der Bundesverdienstkreuzträger Raul Krauthausen. Ein überragendes Feedback bekam ich zuletzt auf meine besondere Tributfolge zum Tod des New Work Begründers Frithjof Bergmann mit u.a. dem New Work Award Finalisten Michael Trautmann als Gast.
