The NextGen Fusion Network (NGFN) was established in 2024 with the aim of being a hub for enthusiastic fusion sector professionals interested in helping to pave the way for the fusion domain. The theme of the network is to provide a forum for talent to collaborate and share all expertise, knowledge and experiences in Fusion. Talent could be described as young professionals new to the industry, people studying, or people just generally interested in fusion. We also want to provide a forum for those with industry experience but who are new to the fusion sector. The network is not age-limited, but defined instead as comprising any members new to fusion industry and who will constitute the fusion work force in the next 5 years and beyond.
