NICE Innovations richt zich op innovaties, en dit in de breedste zin van het woord. Van oorsprong werd NICE Software opgericht om paramedici te ondersteunen met registratie, declaratie en sturing van hun werk en afdelingen. Door het ontwikkelen en gebruiken van nieuwe technologieën op gebied van mobile (video)messaging bieden we een innovatieve eHealth oplossing. Met behulp van de applicatie kunnen we iedere cliënt online en persoonlijk begeleiden gedurende zijn eigen behandeltraject. Op de juiste momenten wordt de cliënt geattendeerd op nieuwe relevante informatie, waarbij de oudere informatie nog steeds raadpleegbaar blijft. Deze informatie is afkomstig van de artsen, paramedici, verpleegkundigen en andere medewerkers van de zorginstelling, en zelfs daarbuiten.
Met deze oplossing van NICE Innovations wordt de cliënt beter voorbereid op- en meer betrokken bij zijn behandeltraject. Hierdoor zal het traject beter en vlotter kunnen verlopen. Dit komt de behandeling ten goede, maar ook de drempel van laaggeletterdheid wordt weggenomen. In de applicatie beschikbaar gestelde informatie zal te allen tijde beschikbaar blijven in de applicatie.
