MY STORY ►I am a Nick a property investor currently based in London. The first property I purchased in 2014 was from an international investor 40 % BMV. My second property was in 2016 in Birmingham and was 35 % BMV. The third property I purchased was in 2019 in London where I completed full development, including planning permission for a 6-meter rear extension increasing GDV by 59.5% within 7 months. In 2021 I started Nicokia Properties and purchased my fourth property which was a refurb BTL in Nottingham with 33% increased GDV. The fifth property I purchased was an HMO also in Nottingham in 2022 which I refurbed and increased GDV by 29.4%.
MISSION
I’m now on a mission to continue to grow the business whilst providing investors or first-time buyers with a fast, seamless, and lucrative avenue to capitalize on the property market.
