Horses have survived over 50 million years on an ever changing planet. They teach true and lasting "VUCA survival skills". Learning with horses is a profound learning experience. Nature is your classroom, and horses the teachers. You step completely out of the office climate into a world free of judgement and full of possibility and exploration.
WHO IS NIRSARA?
Nirsara was set up in October 2017 for individuals, teams and organisations that want to tap into their authentic self and values to create sustainable strength.
Riddhima - founder of Nirsara - is trained to deliver the HorseDream framework of the EAHAE (European Association of Horse Assisted Education). 12 years of diverse corporate HR experience with international teams and leaders through challenging business transformations has taught her the dynamics and needs of multicultural teams, personality mix and different belief systems. She recently experienced deep personal growth from her work with horses, and decided to dedicate herself to spreading the wisdom of horses amongst humans.
