NOM Magazine is an independent online media company that provides access and insight knowledge to the global F&B industry, focusing on building a more diverse, cultured and interactive food community in Asia.
Our team consists of senior consultants in the F&B industry, content creators and tech talents. We hope to spread the knowledge of not just how and what to eat, but a deeper understanding of why we eat and the culture behind it. By tapping into the different culture of food, we aim to bring educational content that will elevate not just our understanding but also the appreciation of food to both f&b businesses and consumers.
People often wonder, what does NOM mean? Derived from the expression “nom nom nom”, the sound people make when eating and enjoying something delicious.
