NONGAR emerged as a cultural organization of SUST at 26th January, 2003. Since then NONGAR, as one of the leading band based organization of the campus, has been working for the fulfillment of its dreams. To spread out the stream of culture in SUST is the ultimate goal of us & this is the auspicious moment, we have started our journey is to triumph those thirsting souls who desire to practice a very sound & reflective culture. Our believe, the achievement of this work will be unbelievable and it makes each of us as a dreamer. To make our dream into true, we decided to institute an organization. For this consequence, in Dec 2001 we applied to the proper administration for permission. But that was the beginning. We had to leap over millions of obstructions to flourish our dream, to posses our precious. No obstruction could make us sloth or hopeless but made us turbulent to achieve our goal. After 13 months of agony, all waitings come to end. In 26th January 2003, Our soul, NONGAR was revealed on the heart of the SUST. As the name of it NONGAR will enrich the compound of culture forever. "Break the Barrier Through the Rhythm of Culture" the motto, which is always giving birth to the newest as well as all the elder members of the organization. We believe, NONGAR is our family.
