Leaders come to me to take back their life and to get back on the path to where they used to be going.
Clients don’t come to me early in this process. High performers like to figure it out themselves. We all do. It took me 5 years to figure out how to take control; 5 years I could have spent in more fulfilling ways. Doing it alone is a long way, and your time has never had more demands.
I help people in their life’s halftime awaken to what matters to live a more fulfilling second half. Normal 40 is for anyone who feels great about their success, but wonders why they’re not as focused or energetic as they used to be, or why they don't dream as big as they once did.
