Our Founder Jack Norman has been working in Change Management and Programme building for the last five years, both in the corporate and entrepreneurial landscape. At Selfridges, he was the Team Member Experience Manager, where he was responsible for the engagement of 4,500 team members. In 2015, he co-founder the social enterprise Milk for Tea, which focused on the development of the male community through transformation programmes and events. Having left both of these posts, he has developed an approach based upon these experiences, his passion for people and an evolving theory.
