Normkritiske Læger er en frivillig organisation, der er stiftet af sundhedsfaglige for sundhedsfaglige.
Vision. At skabe et inkluderende sundhedsvæsen, hvor færre personer møder diskrimination, både patienter og sundshedsfaglige iblandt.
Mission. At øge diversitet, lighed (equity) og inklusion ved at oplyse om diskrimination på baggrund af køn, seksualitet, alder, diagnoser, racialisering, religion, kropsstørrelse eller handicap i sundhedssystemet. Denne oplysning kan ske i form af vidensdeling, sparring, at holde sig opdateret i ny viden og forskning vedrørende normkritik, som vi bestræber os på at holde så evidensbaseret som muligt, via bl.a. åbne breve, oplysende posts på sociale medier og offentlig debat (debatindlæg, kronikker, interviews, mundtlig debat, oplæg med videre). Vi ønsker at indføre obligatorisk normkritisk uddannelse på alle sundhedsfaglige uddannelser i Danmark, samt som et tilbud på efter- og specialuddannelser.
