The NGA (North Global Academy) is an established training provider for industry-led skills training and education in Malaysia. Since its inception, the NGA is dedicated to meet the immediate human resource needs of the business community by supporting and strengthening business requirements. In line with its commitment to facilitate industry growth and development, the NGA initiated its Industry 4.0 to take place from 2021 onwards, a strategy that supports the new phase of the industrial revolution in Malaysia. Moving forward, the NGA will expand its role and gear towards becoming the Centre of Excellence for Industry 4.0 in Penang and Malaysia by providing leadership, the right platform for learning of best practices, as well as talent development support through its high-end Shared Services facilities to meet the current needs and demands of the industry. NGA works with industry-leading partners to develop place-and-train programs to help address manpower shortages in many industries and to tackle skills gaps among job seekers interested in taking on the available jobs. As a leader in the industry, NGA empowers a network of employees and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. We serve as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance, and skills upgrading services and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. NGA is a tripartite initiative of the HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) of Malaysia, set up to support nationwide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
