The Northern Leadership Program is a highly effective leadership development program for current and emerging leaders in Northern Ontario.
The Northern Leadership Program is a multi-faceted, partnership-based program in Northern Ontario facilitated by leadership experts at NextGenLeaders.
This year-long intensive program combines best practices in leadership development with network building opportunities creating a made-in-the-North solution that elevates careers and drives business results.
Since its inception, more than 120 people from Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie and Timmins have completed the program.
