The company’s focus on sales and support for industrial solutions is empowered by well experienced and highly trained team of professionals. The company is continuously working on upgrading skill levels of its technical and sales teams to suit the ever-changing technological environment and customer demands.
NTS is committed to offer after sales support for all equipment and machinery it sells including the spare parts, on behalf of our principals. Our after sales support includes both warranty obligations and service contracts. Service contracts support external to the warranty coverage, which gives customers different options from per call engineering support to total outsourcing of service offers of equipment sold by the company.
