Consists of COLD CHAIN storage, Dry-Temperature Controlled storage, and is in the process of constructing processing and manufacturing space and equipment which will be focused on Licensed Pharmaceuticals, Biopharmaceuticals, and Agrifoods. This facility is currently in the leasehold buildout phase and will be fully operational by the end of 2023. Novem is also in discussions with strategic shareholders and partners on the construction of a 100,000 sq.ft purpose-built facility for NOVEM at the airport at YEG which would be ready by the end of 2024, and will be capable of expansion to 200,000sq.ft in the future.
