Wij ontwikkelen en onderhouden methodische oplossingen voor kwaliteitsmanagement en documentenbeheer. Dit doen we met behulp van slimme Microsoft toepassingen. In samenwerking met Portalise (www.portalise.nl) implementeren we die toepassingen ook binnen uw eigen Office omgeving.
Onze modules en formats zijn methodisch inhoudelijk voor ingevuld, zodat u meteen aan de slag kunt. De werkwijze en werkvolgorde voor kwaliteitsmanagement zijn gebaseerd op de Plan Do Check Act (Deming) cyclus en de grondbeginselen van ISO 9001. Daarnaast passen wij de inzichten toe van het Improvement Model. Dit model is in 2012 door Novire ontwikkeld, en heeft in 2014 en erkenning ontvangen vanuit de Raad voor Accreditatie.
Van origine zijn we gespecialiseerd in het toe leiden naar kwaliteitscertificering van kleine en middelgrote zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties.
Onze formats en webformulieren zijn geschikt en up to date (gelinkt aan actuele wet- en regelgeving) voor organisaties die de volgende zorgfuncties bieden:
Hulp bij Huishouden, Verzorging en (Wijk)Verpleging, Begeleiding, Gehandicaptenzorg, Begeleid Wonen en GGZ Behandeling.
Naast Novire QAAS zijn wij ook beiden actief binnen een zorgorganisatie, waardoor wij zelf ook volledig gevoed en geïnspireerd worden vanuit de dagelijkse praktijk. Bas is bovendien ook voorzitter van Kenniz (www.kenniz.nl).
