With over twelve years at the Executive table, Nozuko brings a breadth and
depth of business experience that is invaluable and includes working on and
with EXCO teams and Boards. In her corporate life, Nozuko managed
company-wide transformations and accelerated company strategies through
the alignment of culture, people, and practices. Nozuko carries this systemic
thinking in all her work, understanding that the areas of highest leverage are
often the least obvious and not always found at the site of the problem
(Senge, 1994).
Nozuko ’s passion is collaborating with leaders and their teams to unleash
potential. Her approach to coaching, teamwork and consulting is strengths
-based (with the mindset that one plus one equals three) and rooted in
empirical evidence. Nozuko provides a confidential sounding board for
leaders, allowing them to build awareness of their impact and assumptions, to
explore strategic and tactical issues, and to uncover unique and sustainable
solutions for any scenario. She makes
organizations effective end to end. She is currently coaching Leaders at the
Tshwane University of Technology. Nozuko is a Skipper and enjoys boat rides
and water sports with family and friends. She is a mom of 3 and enjoys cooking
and entertaining.
