4. Sentiment Analysis: Understanding the positive, negative calls based out of the transcription using natural language processing.
5. Speaker Diarization: Differentating the customer and agent during the Audio call conversation using the machine learning and neural networks.
6. Augmented Analytics: Understanding more business insights like future leads, upselling and cross selling opportunities or customer churn possibilities .
7.Real-time notifications: Notifications will be configured to send to higher management and agent upon real issues which need to be addressed and agent training needed identifications.
