Nu horizon Solutions was established in 2019 to provide SMEs with access to management consulting services relevant, impactful and affordable to small, micro and medium enterprises in South Africa. It was founded by Tshifhiwa Lawrence Madala, an entrepreneur with over ten years of experience as a small business owner across multiple industries and with qualifications in Bachelors of Law (LLB-Unisa), Postgraduate Diploma in General Management (PGDip-GIBS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA-GIBS). Nu Horizon Solutions have a combined business consulting experience of over 15 years with highly qualified consultants, both internally and in partnerships. We help SMEs solve problems, improve business performance, create value and maximize growth. We identify solutions for business troubles and make suggestions for changes to implement. We advise on strategy, problem-solving, and skills development. We help maximize the resources of SMEs by laying out plans to improve performance. We have the capabilities to spot problems, implement solutions, and help SMEs achieve desired goals. Nu Horizon Solutions assists SMEs in making decisions based on facts rather than speculation and opinion. We are capable of conducting market research, feasibility studies and product testing. Nu Horizon Solutions will identify issues and strategically plan solutions. Essentially, we have creative problem solvers who can specialize in any business area and help small businesses work more efficiently. We can add more value as an essential tool for small businesses that cannot afford full-time employees all year round and need a third party to solve specific issues or want expert advice to strategize.
