We have an extended Power Team of builders and other members of our refurb team, estate agents, lettings agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers - plus the other important people: 'our communications on the ground' - local residents and community groups who we liaise with to source below-market value properties.
At Nyce Properties Ltd, we are passionate in turning tired houses into lovely, vibrant homes, whilst helping people increase their financial wealth (the hands-off way) by investing in our growing property portfolio.
