NZ27 is een biologisch landbouwbedrijf met acht medewerkers in Zeewolde. De gronden en gebouwen zijn sinds 1996 in bezit van Stichting Beheer NZ27 en worden duurzaam geëxploiteerd door het eigen bedrijf BV Exploitatie NZ27. Naast biologische akkerbouw en groenteteelt is het bedrijf gespecialiseerd in professionele opslag en verwerking.
De stichting heeft destijds de voormalige gronden van de Rijksdienst voor de IJsselmeerpolders overgenomen van de Nederlandse overheid. Op de 210 hectare van het landbouwbedrijf zijn sinds de drooglegging van de polder in de zestiger jaren van de vorige eeuw nooit chemisch-synthetische middelen gebruikt. De gewassen zoals granen, aardappels, rode bieten, uien, pompoen, kool, erwten, bonen en suikermais worden dus sinds jaar en dag op ecologisch unieke bodem geteeld. De stichting heeft in haar statuten vastgelegd dat NZ27 voor altijd biologisch zal blijven.
