Occusurv is a risk assessment and consulting firm with a national footprint. Our approach to risk surveys contain a deep assessment into physical as well as process and/or operational risk. Reports include detail as to Fire, Accident classes, BI exposures, Liability, underwriter specific warranty compliance etc. We also gain insight on operational and process risk as well, since these are often overlooked but contribute to loss probabilities.
Our services extend to the direct SME client market as well. We offer risk assessments to ascertain whether clients are currently complying with their specific insurer requirements in order to avoid any setbacks at claim stage. Downtime due to accidents, incidents, losses can be a costly matter for SME's and we therefor assist to provide guidance as to legislation and internal planning to reduce the effects of downtime, insurable and non-insurable losses.
