From its first day, Odem Mountain Winery’s aim is to be a quality
boutique winery, focusing on in-depth research of our terroir while taking
advantage of all our resources for growing the vines in the wonderful
conditions that nature has given our terroir. The winery analyses the local
terroir’s influence on the way various varieties grow in order to help realize their
hidden potential.
