We are far from a group of consultants who have spent their careers solely in corporate offices managing projects (although, yes, we have done that too). We have spent years with our boots on the ground, in some of the more far-out, challenging, remote and complex locations in the world. We’ve been clients and providers. We’ve worked with demanding shareholders, frustrated customers, layered governments, skeptical communities, unionized workforces, and navigated the delicate balance between intersecting cultures within global business.
