These students are at a critical juncture of their life, having to make an informed choice of subjects that will impact their future career path.
The wrong choice is causing organizations to lose millions of dollars, every year, in attrition, re -training and low morale costs. But the costs of choosing the wrong career are not limited to companies alone, young professionals also go through de- motivation and low morale due to lack of aptitude and interest in the career.
