OLVI-säätiö on vuonna 1955 perustettu yleishyödyllinen säätiö. Vuosittain säätiö jakaa 2-3 miljoonaa euroa apurahoina, stipendeinä, avustuksina ja palkintoina toimialuellaan Itä-Suomessa.

Sääntöjensä mukaan OLVI-säätiö avustaa lasten ja vanhusten hyväksi tapahtuvaa toimintaa, lahjakkaitten nuorten opintoja ja parantaa jatko-opintojen edellytyksiä. Lisäksi Olvi-säätiö avustaa kotiseututyötä sekä tukee ja edistää luonnonvarojen käytön ja elintarviketalouden kehittämistä, mihin sisältyy oleellisena osana kala- ja maatalouden kehittäminen. Säätiö toteuttaa tarkoitustaan myöntämällä stipendejä, apurahoja, avustuksia ja palkintoja.
Olvin pitkäaikainen toimitusjohtaja ja pääomistaja teollisuusneuvos E.W. Åberg perusti OLVI-säätiön puolisonsa rouva Hedwig Åbergin kanssa vuonna 1955. Säätiön peruspääomaksi E.W. Åberg luovutti enemmistön omistuksessaan olleesta Olvin osakekannasta. Nämä Åbergin luovuttamat Olvi Oyj:n K-osakkeet ovat tänä päivänä kivijalkana Olvi-säätiön varallisuudelle. Perustajien ajatuksena oli yhtiön jatkuvuuden turvaamisen ohella tukea tärkeiksi ja arvokkaiksi kokemiaan pyrkimyksiä.
