THE OMADAPARK DIFFERENCE:
Omadapark was established by Ross Frangos in August 2019. He still serves as the President and Founder of his own parking consulting firm AuditPark Services Inc. As a consultant, Ross was responsible for overseeing dozen’s of successful RFP projects for his clients throughout Ontario and across Canada.
Ross recognized that the parking industry had become too complacent and vendors were no longer listening to their customer’s needs. Ross would hear stories over and over again of clients waiting months to get budgets and revenue reports or see parking operators take weeks to respond to client emails or parker requests. The opportunity arose for a parking management company whose primary focus should be customer service.
