Mindfulness training for pupils at primary schools
Teaching our little ones about balance, emotional intelligence, creativity & confidence.
Our goal is to inspire children to be the very best they can be! To be kind to each other and to themselves. We would like the opportunity give children the tools to regulate and understand emotions, building resilience, trust and understanding.
What we do
One Mind delivers mindfulness courses either face to face in schools, or via our new online course.
Our mission is to spread a culture of mindfulness throughout Primary schools across the U.K - even the globe! To give children the opportunity to flourish and truly be the best versions of themselves; self-reliant, strong and confident, able to cope with difficult situations and make decisions that positively affect their lives and the lives of the people close to them.
We have developed a whole curriculm. The course empowers children to make their own informed decisions and to gain a deeper understanding of what is right for them! Building confidence in this way also helps to balance emotions, increases emotional intelligence and decreases overthinking, making room for creativity and expression.
