✅ Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): A legal document appointing one or more individuals to assist you in the decision making process. There are two types of LPA, one which deals with your health and welfare and one which deals with your property and financial affairs. These documents grant your chosen attorney(s) control over your affairs.
✅ Trusts: Legal arrangements that serve to protect assets where one or more person/s (called the trustee/s), manages assets or property for the benefit of others (called beneficiaries).
✅ Probate: A legal process which involves proving a Will (if one is in place) and administering the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will. We offer 3 options for managing this process:
