Opendock is a digital dock scheduling solution for warehouses and facilities that delivers full visibility into a warehouse’s daily/weekly/monthly schedule, including which carrier is coming in, when they are coming in, and the load type they have. Warehouses are able to digitally publish their schedules online so carriers can book their own appointments.
Users are also able to track in/out times for each truck/appointment, and this data is automatically calculated and logged into a carrier scorecard. From the appointment setting features, Opendock can also calculate the percentages for on-time, late, cancel, no-show, and reschedule in addition to average cancel lead time metrics.
