OpenOasis is a revolutionary hosting platform for refugees in time of crisis. We improve upon current providers of free-hosting by being entirely scalable, greatly improving the ease of access as well as being extremely flexible (the power is in your hand). By creating a completely automated platform, we will be able to immensely reduce the length of the current hosting application process. By providing refugees with safe and supportive accommodations, we enable them to focus on rebuilding their lives and pursuing their dreams. The App. Our user-friendly interface allows hosts to create personalized listings, showcasing the unique aspects of their spaces. Hosts can specify their preferences and availability, ensuring a seamless matching process that meets both the needs of the guests and hosts. Our platform enables Refugees to search for available hosts, filtering results based on location, amenities, and host profiles. Safety and trust are paramount at OpenOasis. We are implementing fast and secure verification process for users, combined with user reviews and ratings. The Community. Led by a team from the University of Geneva, OpenOasis is a humanitarian project designed to give a quick and efficient response to world crisis like the Ukrainian War or the latest Turkish earthquake.
