De TBK-studievereniging is opgericht op 16 augustus 2005. Na een aantal jaren actief te zijn geweest
is de studievereniging opgeheven in 2014. Vier enthousiaste tweedejaars TBK’ers zijn in 2022 met het
initiatief gekomen om nieuw leven te blazen in deze vereniging. Daar hoort ook een nieuwe naam bij,
namelijk:
OPTIMUM IPSUM!
Deze naam geeft goed weer waar onze vereniging voor staat. Optimum is afgeleid van het woord
optimaal en optimaliseren; iets waar wij als TBK’ers natuurlijk altijd mee bezig zijn. Omdat ook het
community gevoel centraal staat en we het belangrijk vinden dat elke student zich ontwikkelt, is
Ipsum eraan toegevoegd, dat voor “jezelf” staat.
We bedoelen hiermee dan ook: Haal het optimale uit jezelf!
Ons doel is het helpen opbouwen en versterken van de TBK-community. Dit willen wij doen door
leuke sociale activiteiten te organiseren terwijl tegelijkertijd studieondersteuning aangeboden zal
worden. Dit alles om de optimale balans te bieden tussen studie en gezelligheid!
