We also can advise on other, non-development, income-generating opportunities for which golf clubs provide a fairly unique land opportunity (without affecting play).
We also specialise in site finding and matchmaking to help meet Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) requirements relating to development. We have a significant portfolio of offset sites and an understanding of the planning and legal process to help developers successfully negotiate the new legislation and optimise on-site delivery.
