ORP Funds is the ‘go-to’ funding partner for post-Series C to lower-middle market businesses looking to achieve their growth and other strategic objectives without diluting equity ownership. Our Open Revenue Participation (ORP) system is a revenue royalty method allowing investors a direct revenue-share of high performing companies, while offering companies investment terms aligned to their fluctuating business cycles.
What we do:
We invest in high performing and high potential businesses with revenues of $10M - $25M, where equity is too expensive to sell but debt is not yet attainable or is too burdensome. Our capital can be used for direct growth, shareholder restructuring, management buy-outs, and debt refinancing.

We are investment and M&A professionals as well as former C-suite executives of multinational companies who understand and have experienced the gap in the capital markets between post-Series C and the lower-middle market where the current equity, debt, and convertible capital products do not service well. We are dedicated to bringing the ORP solution to filling this gap.
