OSM Cult (as in Awesome Cult) stands for a cult of young achievers who don't believe in conforming to the norms of the Indian society and wish to be financially independent right through their college days. This way we're empowering them by helping them gain confidence in order to face the actual corporate world once they graduate.
Through our efforts, we're also revolutionising the part-time work culture in India. This is clearly evinced by our 5,000+ registered users (majority of them being students) willing to work part-time, thus discarding the age-old practice of heavily relying on parents for their financial needs.
