Ouderen Community zet zich in voor de kwetsbare ouderen in Nederland. Aan de hand van diepgaande gesprekken met deze ouderen komen wij tot mooie inzichten. Vervolgens vormen wij een band met deze ouderen en bieden wij aan de hand van meerdere gesprekken, ouderen de mogelijkheid om deze verhalen te vertalen naar projecten/activiteiten. Voor de organisatie van deze projecten gaan wij op zoek naar passende partners die deze initiatieven op financieel en/of materieel gebied kunnen steunen. Dit alles wordt georganiseerd op lokaal niveau, te beginnen in de gemeente Breda. Bij elk project betrekken wij buitenstaanders, om zo draagvlak te creëren voor de Ouderen Community.
Het doel is om middels deze projecten op lokaal niveau een hechtere community van ouderen te creëren. Dit maakt ouderen samen en individueel krachtiger.
