We are an Amsterdam-based startup, that is all about supporting menstruators through education and nutrition during their whole cycle. We made four juices that meet different nutritional needs during the four menstrual cycle phases: the menstrual phase, the pre-ovulatory phase, the ovulatory phase, and the pre-menstrual phase. The phases are so called the inner winter, inner spring, inner summer and inner autumn. Hence, the name of our juice lines. By taking care of yourself better in one phase, you are making sure that the next one will work in your advantage.
