Outsource Lithuania is one of the projects originating from Business Hive Vilnius.
Originally, a project meant to connect Lithuanian tallents with international clients since 2014.
As COVID pandemic hit, it was decided to expand activities globally and help mainly IT talents from Ukraine, Georgia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Armenia and other countries in neighbouring regions.
Outsource Lithuania, as a tech hub, seeks to find trustworthy partners with strong potential and help them grow by finding matching projects.
What’s the modus operandi?
As a project owner, you sign a direct contract with our partners (software development companies).
There are two formats of services that are used - outstaff and outsource. In case of oustaff - a dedicated remote developer joins the team, while in case of out-source - a team will tackle the tasks.
We chose to work with legal entities that specialise in a variety of software development for a couple of reasons:
Quality - a company that has a history of successfully executed projects behind their belt, will have not just a skillful team, but also experience, know-how, management, and ambitions.
Consistency - as a team effort is involved, not only the experience and knowledge is shared, but in case of unexpected events - the work will not stop. Even if a single engineer or developer is outstaffed.
Transparency - it’s just easier to work with legal entities, especially if they pay taxes and have a good track record.
