Realcom - In simple terms we typically undertake consultancy works for ‘property owners’ and ‘Lessees’ as their appointed Development and/or Project Manager. We work in conjunction with our Client with the primary aim to add value, assess risk, find opportunities, ensure statutory approvals are obtained to the benefit to our Client and to protect their interests through sale/lease negotiations, the approval process and under procurement/construction contracts. Our services are always tailored and measured to suit the needs of our Client depending on what involvement they want to have in the project, their internal resources, the current status of the project and their budget.

We work transparently and ethically therefore ensuring that there is absolutely NO COST for works not undertaken or not required. Furthermore, being independent from other agents/parties we are able to provide honest advice when dealing with issues between various parties.
