Palermo PR is a New York City based, full-service PR and Brand Strategy boutique agency that focuses on the realms of Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle, and Entertainment.
Strategic Partnerships and Event planning, along with the theme of giving back to the community play a strong theme in the company. Named after the city of Palermo, Sicily, where her family currently resides, Palermo PR was lovingly named and founded by Shannon Sanzone in 2015.
Shannon started her career in the year 2000, working in Fashion as a corporate in-house PR girl for many of the already successful and world known fashion houses including, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Luca Luca, Armani Exchange, Liz Claiborne, and others.
It was not until 2014 that Shannon decided to venture off independently in which she could add her own personal touch of service to her own clients. Palermo PR was founded to solely focus on the individual needs of each client by creating tailor made media and placement strategies, striving to give a stronger sense of individual and personal attention to each client.
“Community” in the sense of the word has become a global term, not just a local one. It is a strong Palermo PR belief, that everyone is to be held socially responsible regardless of what industry or size of business. Therefore, all clients are partnered with a nonprofit organization, where they then actively participate in high profile events to generate media, and with the goal to “give back” and leave a permanent and positive mark on the world. The Palermo PR way of thinking is to create long lasting and successful relationships, in which every client can build on for the future.
