Es werden rund 1800 Mitarbeitende aus über 50 Nationen beschäftigt. Zu den Produkten der Ospelt Gruppe zählen internationale Handelsmarken und bekannte Eigenmarken. Produkte von Ospelt sind in praktisch allen europäischen Märkten präsent.
Die Traditionsmarke „Malbuner“ der Ospelt Gruppe gehört zu den beliebtesten und bekanntesten Charcuterie Produkten in der Schweiz. Nennt jemand „Malbuner“ folgt praktisch immer die Antwort: „Mal besser.“ Durch Ideenreichtum und Marktkenntnis wird das Sortiment bis heute laufend erweitert.
Im Jahr 2020 erwarb die Ospelt Gruppe die Marke «Le Parfait» von Nestlé Schweiz. Bereits ein Jahr später startet die Produktion von «Le Parfait» am Ospelt Hauptsitz in Bendern. Die Marke «Le Parfait» geniesst in der Schweiz ebenfalls eine sehr hohe Bekanntheit und ist in ihrem Segment die Nummer Eins.
Die Ospelt Gruppe ist bis heute zu hundert Prozent ein Familienunternehmen. Geführt wird die Gruppe in zweiter Generation von Alexander Ospelt. Mit Philipp Ospelt steht die dritte Generation bereits in den Startlöchern.
