KS last held the position of country head of Investment banking at a Japanese House, Daiwa. Panini Team are supported by a pool of resources on a transaction-specific basis. Panini Team has consummated a wide range of transactions across private equity funding, venture funding, cross border M&A, strategic and PE exits, family office investments of a range of INR 120Mn to INR 5000Mn, and is currently engaged in advising 20+ opportunities at different stages of evolution.
