Based in Tel-Aviv - Israel, the studio has been co-founded by Designers Ionathan Lazovski & Yuval Kahlon in 2012, as a result of the increasing demand for paramteric and AI based solutions in the fields of design and Construction. Accordingly, We incorprate design, programing, consulting and tutoring in this avant-garde domain. We offer parametric and Algorithmic solutions to Factories, Contractors, Construction firms and studios in various fields: Architecture, Urban planing, Industrial design, Jewlery, Engineering and Art. All with one goal: OPTIMIZATION. Our solutions come in different forms such as software plug-ins, one-timer solution and stand alone sofware.
Our mission in ParaGroup is to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the AEC & Infrastructure industries, aiming for optimization of execution at the early design stages, targeted at reducing material costs, assembly time and residual waste in any construction project, resulting in a highly efficient work process, which translate into an increased profit margin for our clients.
Our primary objective is to provide our clients with tailored design solutions, which hold the ability to deliver high-quality construction projects with minimal expenses. ParaGroup uses a "pay for the difference" approach, enabling our clients to pay for our services in relation to the reduction in costs in-practice, thus aligning the best interest of the client with the company’s goals. Our current main clients include building entrepreneurs, project developers and large AEC companies in Israel, Central America and South America. ParaGroup conducts R&D projects with an array of pre-fab factories and factories who produce core elements for the AEC industry, providing them with optimization of in-house processes. We intend to expand our outreach by contacting business developers and entrepreneurs in new regions such as the European, North-American, Asian and African markets.
