Partners In Solutions - Managing Partner June 2006 - To date A training and consultancy company where I am able to uniquely offer and deliver a broad range of consultancy and training from my experince of being both a client and a service provider. Aramark Ltd - Trainig & Food Services Director March 2000 - June 2006 As the Training and Food Services Director for Aramark I was responsible for launching several new programmes for both disciplines. These included bespoke and unique training packages for Health and Safety, craft skills, project and contract management workshops and board level strategic selling initiatives, as well as food related innovations such as Healthy Eating campaigns and branded food and coffee offers, a key factor in Aramark's drive to increase sales. My work has been recognized within the industries in which she has worked by aspiring to two ‘Catey Award’ nominations, for “Best Marketing Campaign” and “Trainer of the Year”. Whilst at Aramark I also earned the accolade of being the only non-American to win the company’s prestigious “Mission One Award” for her skills relating to the contract management and business retention of Aramark's BP account. My work on this project culminated in me being part of the winning team for PFM Partnership award in 2001. Pelican Buying - Procurement Manager Janurary 1999 - February 2000 I also spent spent time working with one of the UK’s key Purchasing Consortiums where I gained further experience in a procurement environment and a comprehensive understanding of public sector purchasing. The Automobile Association - Property FM Director March 1989 - December 1998 During my time at the Automobile Association I was instrumental in the out-sourcing and downsizing programmes of various services including catering, vending, cleaning, security, grounds and equipment maintenance, warehousing and internal print, prior to the sale of the AA to Centrica achieving significant savings.
