PASS is formed by a group of courageous students athletes to promote diversity and cultural exchange in both China and U.S.. PASS managed sponsored week-long global exchange summer program for American student-athletes. There had been three oversea free trips to rural China organized for American student-athletes from low-income families since 2017. Each year PASS held a basketball camp for the locals. PASS had created a platform for local Chinese kids to interact with foreigners and the American student-athletes to learn about the Chinese culture and language through the game of basketball. In addition, PASS had conducted TED-style talks, PASS Talks, once a year for Chinese study-abroad students to share their experience in another county with prospective student audience. Over the years, PASS had impacted multiple communities in rural China and had accumulated over 10 thousand fans and audience in total.
